Back windshield wiper: 1999 Ford Explorer
The back windshield wiper on my 99 Ford Explorer doesn't make contact wtih about 85% of the window. The wiper cradles properly and all of the parts seem to be working and in good condition. Has anyone else epxerienced this problem and how to fix it?
