Default Can someone please identify the source of this sludge?

Happy late thanksgiving folks. I need help finding identifying this sludge and finding it’s source. It’s a 2012 Explorer with the 3.5L motor. I was thinking it could be a water pump issue but both my coolant and oil are clean. It looks like it’s coming from behind the alternator. It does smell like coolant but I don’t know why it’s sludged up. Any help is greatly appreciated!
