Downloaded codes and had all 4 codes present. Any idea what could cause both banks and sensors to indicate failed?

It seems the heater circuits for both side O2 sensors are affected. The first thing I would suggest is to check all the fuses. The heater circuits operate independently
of the engine.

Checked all that. Harness shows no brakes. Can’t seem to exactly pinpoint if pcm is sending power. None at the sensors. May be a bad module
