a deer ran in front of my brand new Ford Explorer. I have driven it for 6 weeks and it has now been the body shop for 5 weeks. In addition to other parts received it needs a right front headlight. The ETA keeps changing and is now Feb 14. I have contacted the dealership but they can only tell be it is on back order. I called customer relations at Ford and they tell me I need to contact the dealership which I already did. This does no good. Who can I contact at Ford to expedite delivery of the part?
