Suspect steering assy has defect or something is loose that was not tightened when rack was replaced.
Would not drive it until checked thoroughly !!!

Thank's hanky...

Car was tested 2 time by the dealer, they give me a report saying it is due to torque distribution. .
I'm not happy, unfortunately we have only one dealer here in the UAE,any idea to whom should i write?

Torque distribution my eye !!
Ford does some things we don't appreciate, but they would not sell a vehicle with a problem like that.
Did the problem exist before they changed the steering gear? If so , then would require further checking. If not, then it has to be something they did, It's that simple.
Get ready to hear another excuse , "They all do that."
Ford customer service in Deaborn, Michigan should be able to provide some assistance.
Hopefully, others on this site will be able to offer better info for you to pursue.
