My ‘04 Ford Explorer XLT, 4L w/165,180k miles. LTFTB1 is adding 10.2% and LTFTB2 is adding 6.5%. What could be causing this and should I be concerned? Thanks.

It would seem unmeasured air is getting in and the system is trying to compensate for it.
A vacuum leak needs to be ruled out and if none can be determined a malfunctioning MAF sensor could be providing inaccurate info to the computer which is responding with increased injector on time.
