no blow heat or ac

94 explorer does not blow replaced blower motor resistor and tested blower motor still no heat or ac help

If this is a manual a/c system, then the blower speed switch is the ground for the system. Fire goes to the motor first, then the resistor, then the switch. Do you have power to the blower motor?

yes there is power to blower moter we can hot wire it and it works

If you have replaced the resistor and tested the motor, the only things left are wiring going to the switch and the switch itself.
