Default Question about ecoboost engine overheating

Greeting
hi everyone wish u all feel okay so this is my first time writing topic in explorer section anyway i bought before while ford explorer v4 ecoboost engine before i got toyota rav4 v6 2011 i never bought american cars before cus i like japnes and german cars so i need to know why my engine temperature not stable when go on hills in city and normal road the temp is stable got no issues but when try to speed up the temp start moving up if keep pushing message shows up slow down for increase overheating for my opinion my car dont have any issues only my problem is that when go on hill or try to push on engine temp goes up then when stop pushing temp getting down to normal position so is that issues or normal on ecoboost engine and sorry for my English language hhhh hope somwone help me
