Default Test camshaft position sensor 95 explorer

I have looked everywhere and can't find a solid way to test a camshaft position sensor on a 95 explorer 4.0 ohv

Can we ask why you suspect the cam position sensor ? Maybe we can help keep expenses down.

I got 2 codes from the sec, 214, 628, crankshaft position sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, coil pack, wires and plugs changed, iac is alright, what could it be?

You could check the CMP connector for VPWR, GND present, but the PIP signal-signature would need to be checled by its waveform produced under normal ops. Checking for connector or pin issues, as well as harness shorts/opens back to the PCM would be the next step, more so if you install a new CMP and the code resets...
628 is TCC excessive slip detected..
