Default Two Explorer Problems

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport that has developed two problems:

1. Whenever the car hits a bump, the vehicle moves to the right or to the left more than it used to.

2. Frequently, when turning, the back end of the truck feels like it is moving or fishtailing - almost like it has a trailer connected to it and I feel the trailer move.

Any ideas on either of these issues?

Main cause for this type senario would be bad shocks, low air pressure in the tire(s) or weak spring(s).

Also check your transmission mount and rear spring mounts, both body and axle.
