Hi, about 2 weeks ago, I started up my 2016 XLT and noticed that the radio screen was completely white. Sometimes it flickers, sometimes it’s half white, half black. But most of the time it is white. I’ve already tried doing a soft reset by holding down the power button and the seek forward button. I’ve also disconnected the battery for about 1 minute. Neither resolved the issue and ford is being of no help at all. Anyone have any other suggestions?
