I am getting po172 and po174 lean in 1 riich on 2 I believe. Not even sure where to begin. Previously was getting a miss fire code and cam sensor but not lately and last i knew they arent self repairing items. Is this the beginning of the end a fordkishima melt down? Any suggestions would help thanks.

 

Before getting into anything , what kind of maintenance has been done to the vehicle?
How many miles on the odometer? There could be several reasons for the codes, but there is no way to just say this or that causes the problem. These vehicles are a little more complicated than yesterday's and there are many more things to go wrong as you are probably more aware now.

It has 170000 and only thing of significance is set of coils bout 15000 ago and 3 cam sensors over the past 20000

 

No need to go off the deep end yet!
Just for curiosity sake, where did you purchase the sensors and coils?
Take a look at the MAF sensor, it might need a little cleaning with MAF sensor cleaner.
