I have a 2005 f150 with the 5.4 I replaced my injectors and now it'll start but runs rough. It'll bog down and then shoot the RPMs up. I put it in reverse to see if moving would change anything and when pressing on accelerator it'll bog down and then kinda jump and move real quick. Muffler is cut off so I don't know if that is having any effect on anything or not. Cleaned the throttle body about a month ago as well.

 

Suggest you recheck your work. Sounds like one of the plugs that go to coils or injectors has a possible poor connection.
