Default 1993 F-150 Xlt 5.0

Any helpful information will be greatly appreciated.
I Have Changed The Radiator, Radiator hoses, water pump, thermostat, fuel filter, alternator, and now the battery. It will start and crank up but will screech and grind loudly as well and shake the engine violently and stall its self every-time. I need to figure out what problem is has that is either choking it or suffocating it to die. Any ideas ive changed spark plugs and wires to distributor. Thank you Ford Community.

From your description , sounds like a component locking up. Could that screeching be belt noise when the belt cannot any longer turn what it is supposed to turn ?
If there is a belt tensioner, chances are the idler pulley bearings on that tensioner are the culprit. Replacing the tensioner assy will usually correct that problem.

When i replaced the alternator i made sure belt was put on correctly and the tensioner is still in good condition considering i use it decently to take belt off move fan, radiator, ect. The noise is straight from the engine shaking violently and grinding and screeching til it stalls off

Disconnect the belt and spin the pulley on the tensioner. It should be smooth and quiet. ANY noise/roughness is reason to replace tensioner.

How did you determine the tensioner was in good condition ? Did you spin that pulley ? If defective it can lock up and stall the engine.
.The screeching you hear is the belt trying to turn something that refuses to move.

I will take belt off and spin pulley but i determined it was still good because the belt squeaking is a common problem and that sound is commonly Familiar sound, this one everything turns and turn but right where the engine is, sounds dry of fuel or not getting air bc it’s grinding metal sound and screeching is like nails on a chalk board is like if you were cutting shards of metal off something

There is a pulley bearing on the A/C compressor too, and it can screech from belt slip and stall the engine too.

If the belt looks good and shows no signs of burning or major slipping on the inner side, there could very well be something else going on.

Did you check all the intake piping/connections for a flap choking off the intake air, AS YOU suspected ? Can't be a plugged air filter ,,,,,,,,,could it ?
