Default 1994 f150 I6 first truck plz help!

So I just got this truck, and it seems decent for the price. It's a manual and the clutch and everything is ok. I just changed the oil and it had a ton of gas in it. It was running very rich but I don't think it is now. First problem, no running lights. Only the upper light on rear of cab. Second problem, wipers stuck on so the fuse is my wiper switch, take out for off put in for on lol. Third problem, I went to put gas in it but it wouldn't let me, it clicked and clicked and finally went all over the ground. The PO told me you had to put it in slow due to the fuel level sensor not working. That doesn't make any sense to me. However, after further investigation I think I found out that the tank was full😂. Fourth problem, it's sounds as though it is what they call "deiseling" going above 2000rpm in first and second gear. It's not so bad now after the oil change but it still does it. My brother thinks that it's just some vibration somewhere but I disagree. This is my first truck and I am kind of at a loss. Plz help.

I also have no instrument lights, no door chime, and no reverse lights.

Sooner or later you will need to use a test light to help determine if fuses are good and if there is battery power at the places it should be.

If you can acquire one , I would be happy to help you get some good use from it. Right now it would help a lot if you had one,can you manage to invest in one, any auto supply store should have them.Checking fuses is what we need to start with and pulling them out and looking at them is time consuming and a pain--. With a test light you can check just about all of them in less than one minute, interested?

Yes I will get a test light. I did look at all of the fuses in the interior fuse panel and they are all good as far as not looking burnt or anything. However, I think the wiper fuse needs to be a maxi fuse maybe? Is that true and if so, is it different than an ato fuse.

I got a 7$ test light from O'Reilly's. How do I take off the panel for the headlight switch.
