I have a 95 ford f150 that I drove in high school a few years ago. When I was driving it, it got to where the Speedometer quit working. After that it started shifting hard and then eventually quit driving all together. My question is, do I need to take it to a transmission shop or is there something cheaper I should try first? Thanks!

 

You didn't mention if you checked the fluid level..

How is it?

Your vehicle could have a C6 trans or an E4OD . Would help if we knew.
