Have a 2019 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 V8 that has 99,000 miles on it.

Notice about six months ago that it was burning through a 1/2 quart of oil every 3 to 4 weeks. Then about a month ago notice some hesitation, almost stalling out. Fast forward to today and a cluster of problems of misfires and an undriveable truck.

Throwing out codes P0019, P0025, P0306, PO307, P0308.

I am not mechanical inclined for dealing with something this big, so is this a timing issue or a bigger problem of total engine replacement?

 

It , I would say is a timing issue.

Good possibility the oil control solenoid on the top front of the engine head on the driver's side is stuck in the on position and replacement should get rid of the problem.

That solenoid controls the timing of one of the camshafts.

 

I appreciate the help. I was going to replace the coils and spark plugs first, and then replace the VVT solenoids. After that, it is beyond my knowledge. Not too happy I have to remove the valve cover to replace the solenoids.
