2000 f150 new fuel tank, pump, filter mass air sensor and won't start
Before we can offer any hopefully useful suggestions , can we get some more info? Just what does it do when you attempt to start it?
Why was the pump replaced, need to know the whole story.
What does the check engine lite do when cranking it over to try to start it?
Does your vehicle have any anti theft system on it?
I would think if you had fuel pressure probably no security system and it is getting fuel .
Can you check if there are any blown fuses? If a blown fuse, could prevent spark from getting to the cyls. Do you have any kind of test equip to use? If so, what?

What we are trying to determine is, what was the problem that caused you to pull the tank and replace the pump?
At this point we don't know if fuel is getting to the injectors or are the injectors clogged with junk . What was the code you obtained?
What kind of testing equip do you have to use?
Do you have constant fuel pressure when cranking? Did you have this problem before changing the pump?
Please provide as much info as you can, because many times we go by what info was put forth only to find we didn't get the whole picture. All this does is take longer to get to the real problem.

Truck had set for five years, rust in tank, pump locked up from bad gas, had turned to varnish
I have 40psi fuel pressure while I Anking engine, hot blue spark from coil pack. I had tried to clean tank but failed
After replacing mass air sensor ran good morning I'll pull sock stopped up
Engine slowly device loped missfire I'll engine stalled
Pump sock was stopped by up so replaced with new VB ank and by pump assembly, won't start since I did that, like I said have 40 psi while cranking engine, new filter too

Truck has set for five years, fuel spoiled in tank, I tried to clean tank and replaced fuel pump
Truck would idle but not run under a load, I replaced mass air sensor and ran fine till pump sock clogged with rust, developed misfire till engine stalled set
Replaced with new tank and pump assembly
Will not start, 40 psi fuel pressure while cranking
Will run if I spray carb cleaner into vacuum port, hot spark
Only code set is for transmission range selector

From what you describe , it should run, but it also doesn't sound like the injectors are working. If you have a test lite or volt meter, check if there is power going to the injectors. They should all have power going to them. The computer makes the ground for them to fire at the correct time. If there is power to them , then the next thing is to confirm they are getting a ground to fire when necessary. if that is confirmed to all be OK then there is a good possibility the injectors are clogged. It is rare that all would be clogged at once unless they are full of water. Let us know if all the previous steps are good.
If there is a problem with the range sensor it could be pulling the voltage down preventing other things from working. What was the code?
