Default 2003 4.6 issues

I have a 2003 f150 4.6l and I was changing spark plugs due to misfire. I ended up breaking the hose leading to the heater core and got antifreeze all over passenger side of the motor. I have since fixed the hose and it is no longer leaking.
Now when I try and start it, it will run very very rough lower than 500rpms and only runs for a few seconds.
I cleaned all of the coil plug ports and made sure no antifreeze got into spark plug cylinders, but still nothing has changed.
Am I missing something, do I need to replace COP’s, any help/suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks

Pull the coils, remove the boots, hose the boots off with water. make sure the boots, coils, coil connectors, all other connectors in that are dry by blowing them off with compressed air, leaving the plugs in place blow off the valve cover and spark plug holes. Unplug and securely reconnect all electrical connectors you touched on both sides of the engine.

Worn out plugs with widened gaps is what does in COP's. Check for any stored codes.A misfire "usually" will set a code specific to a cylinder but not always. If a specific cylinder code was set, you can swap COP's to confirm the problem. If you find one COP being bad, replace only the faulty one with a Motorcraft COP. It is not necessary to change them all.
