Ford f-150 lariat 5.4 triton

my transmisson slips while in drive at about 70 k per hr only when I have my overdrive on

How many miles on the unit, and how long/miles since it was seviced?

Its a 2004 with 200,000 km and only when I put the overdrive on while in drive the transmission either slips or doesn't engage at all. Otherwise the truck performs fine with the OD off.
