i have an issue with cylinder 3 on my triton i replaced the spark plug completely and swaped the coil but i still have a rough idle and the truck throws codes for misfire cylinder 3 . i need to know of any other ideas that might be wrong with the truck please help or give any ideas. i have also pulled the plug again and cleaned it and double checked all the wires

You could try to remove the #3 coil from the plug and place a screwdriver or something that will fit into the coil and place the screwdriver about a 1/4 inch from a metal part of the engine and crank the engine . If you see consistent spark it would confirm spark is available to the plug. If not let us know , we can go from there.

does it smooth out if you hold the gas pedal down some ? if it does then you might have a vacuum leak someplace ! maybe it,s fuel or a sticking valve !
