Default 2006 F150 5.4l problem

When I come to a stop and idling, my truck runs really rough (not when I start it). If I put it in neutral and rev the engine above 2000 rpms the idle comes back to normal and I can hardly tell the truck is running. Once I move again and have to stop, the same thing.

I am not getting a check engine light. I have replaced all the plugs and coils yet still getting the same thing. Any Ideas? I have 130,000 miles.

Have you had the code pulled, you can get a free scan from most auto parts stores and post the code for review. Have you had the throttle plates and IAC motor cleaned? When was the last time the PCV valve was replaced?

Unplug the cam phasers to see if the missing goes away.
