My grandson bought this and 5 days after he purchased it he got in it started it and when he pressed on the fuel pedal nothing happened. it started and idled so we took it back to the dealership and they said the ECM was bad. We sent it off and had it repaired. Now when you have your foot is on the brake it wont accelerate if you take your foot off of the brake it will accelerate. It hasnt thrown any codes but the wrench is lit up on the dash. All the fuses are good. Made sure all battery cables are clean.

 

I would suggest you have someone that is familiar with drive by wire check out your vehicle's throttle body. Appears there is a problem with that .
