Default 5.4 problems
i have 2010 250 5.4 just went and did phasers chains ,tensioners vct solinoids,oil pump . when warmed up holding 40 lbs oil pressure runs very well when cold, but after warmed up starts missing give it alittle fuel and it clears up then codes 0022 &2198 show up

What grade oil is now in the engine, and when was it changed last?

5/20 synthetic fresh oil now but always changed at 5000
