Default 2014 F 150 xlt radio problems

I recently traded for a 2014 Ford F 150 off road XLT. I love the truck and am trying to get it back to stock and get everything working. The backup camera, backup sensor, and the clock set are not working. I've replaced camera and cable and am getting a small red glow from the camera. But the 4.3 screen shows nothing in reverse and no sound from sensors. Checked fuses, etc. Anybody have any ideas what I should do next? replace head unit? replace display, install $550 carplay unit (which I dread!) thank you for any responses.

There is something of which you should be aware.

Your vehicle utilizes a Controller Area Network, (CAN) system.
This system is composed of a group of modules that communicate with one another.
If the network cannot communicate , some things just won't work
The stock radio is one of the modules in this network. If it is down for whatever reason or removed , the network now shows a problem.
This may be involved, but we don't know if anything has been altered.
It would be a good move if you could have a capable scan tool do a module health check.
From the vehicle VIN the tool would know what modules should be in your vehicle and run a check on them.
A good shop with the equip and info available or a dealership may be required to pin the problem down.

Thank you for your response, The vehicle only has 69K on it, but it has been mudded and off roaded. I've replace fog light connectors, trailer connectors and about 50 lbs of mud from frame as wellas 12.5 mud tires (replaced with stock 17s. I'm about tapped out now for repairs. Maybe I'll have a tech shop check it out next year. For now a $50 wireless backup camera might suffice. Can't figure out while all other radio and cd functions are ok
