My dad has a 2015 Ford F150 and it has been making some grinding and whining noise while driving. He could also feel it in the gas pedal.

Abit background here, he had a 4 inch lift on the truck with 35 inch tires with 20 inch rims on it. He had to drop the truck back down to stock for his wife as she has health issues. So now after he took the lift off and replaced the tires with stock tires, it's back to stock and now he's hearing and feeling the transmission issue. He also changed out the transmission filter and added the transmission fluid and yet its still having that issue.

Has anyone had issues like this? We would like to get this fixed as his wife needs the truck due to it be their primary daily drive truck. So any feedback is appreciated. Let's hope we get this fixed soon. Thanks yall.
