Default 2016 unstable idle help

I have a 2016 f150 with 75k or so on it. At idle the truck rpms will run stable under 1k for a minute or two, then for a few seconds it'll climb over 1k, it does this cycle without stopping while at idle. This can't be normal behavior while idling in park is it?

A lazy oxygen sensor can sometimes do this, It doesn't respond as quickly as it should to mixture corrections and the engine can respond accordingly.

I would also check out the CPS or crank position sensor. Inexpensive part but when it starts to fail the spark timing will vary.
