2017 V6 exhaust noise. Every once and while. I hear weird noises, sound like a bearing going out. Does not happen all time.
Do these have waste gates?

 

Where would you say the noise is coming from? Engine bearing noise ? pulley bearing noise ? Can you be a little more specific?
Most turbos have a waste gate.
Do you allow the turbo to cool down before shutting down the engine ? Not sure if your vehicle is programmed to operate an oil or coolant flow through the turbo with a separate pump to prevent turbo bearings from wearing out prematurely .
