Angry 2018 3.5 Ecoboost, related engine problems.

Anyone else having problems with the initial start up rattle?
My 2018, 3.5 EcoBoost had this problems back when my engine had 25000 miles and now at 38000 miles again!
My 2011, 3.5 EcoBoost developed the same problems when I crossed over 73000 miles, I sold that truck, thought that the engine was shot.
This is a problem that needs to be addressed! Ford knows that we are having these problem's and is doing nothing but replacing the "phazers" until the warranty expires.
Then when the engine goes bad, they make you pay for the repair since the Drive Train is only warranted until 50000 miles.
Why hasn't this been addressed???
Enlighten me!

Can I ask a few questions that might help enlighten us?
Who was doing the oil changes on your vehicle?
What grade(s) of oil was being installed?
From what info I receive from various sources , it is CRITICAL that the correct oil is used. Let's see if any info you care to provide may help shed some light on this problem.
Thank you for providing the info and just maybe we can benefit from the info, don't know, thanks.

ALL oil changes were performed by the Ford dealership, every 5000 miles. Ford synthetic, 5-30W as listed in the oil filler cap. I would think!
What do you think could be the problem, I asked the technician, he stated that that’s the oil they use.
need an answer before I sell this truck!

From some of the info I came across , Ford has had lots of problems that was supposedly related to oil not meeting their engine oil specs. There has to be more to this since I am no chemist and know some things about motor oil, but not enough to say one way or another. When someone has had the oil changes done at the dealership,,,,,we would hope they install the correct oil as required. Does anybody ever check on this, sure would be a good project. There are some gents on this forum that either still work or worked at one time for Ford dealerships that might be able to provide some better info.
Of course all dealerships are not the same and who knows?.
