Default 91 f150 running problem!! HELPPPP!!!

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my ford and maybe someone could help me please!!!!
I have a full size extended cab 1991 ford f-150. It starts no problem, idles a little irratic! If you hit the gas slowly, it picks up rpm no problem, but if you hitr the gas hard, the motor boggs down!!!
I have had 4 mechanics look at it: this is what has been done so far!!!
Both Tanks have new feul pumps
New feul filter
New dual tank switch
New fuel relays
The pressure at the rail is 35 psi at idle and 45 when running!!!
New map sensor
New egr sensor
vacume test says the egr is good!
new tps sensor
new ect sensor
new 02 sensors

Does anyone have any Ideas for the problem !!!!!
I like the truck and want it fixed!!!!!
i am a bike builder in Peurto Rico for the last 9 years and originally from Canada!
Thanks!!

Have you cleaned the IAC motor? Sounds like it sticks and goes lean, momentarily. A little choke cleaner will tell you if that is the problem. Just spray it into the opening of the IAC with the engine at idle. Then pick up the rpm and continue spraying as you clean.
