Default 92 f150 shake

92 f150 4x4 5.0 Aod. I'm stumped. When i go over bumps my engine either misfires or shakes. Also when I hit 3rd gear it shakes bad . Serous power lose. I have to push the gas paddle and doesnt bring up the rpms unless 80 percent plus of gas paddle, for it to stop shaking. Not a little shake. This is a major issue. Thanks for your time and hopefully you have some things I can test. On a side note. I bought the truck 3 months ago and the problem was there. It sat for 2 months. I did sparkplugs, wires, computer, fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel pump, charged air temp sensor, ignition coil, valve covers and gaskets, new vacuum lines, ect

You have to bear with me since it's cold where I am and I'm really slow today.
How about some help, like when you say misfires/shakes.
Is this all happening with the engine or are the shakes something else like steering or suspension.
Have you had a chance to check the engine mounts?
If the engine is moving around a lot it could move certain wires around to where they are contacting metal when and where they should not . Also, if a wire,or wires have a broken connection that is opened when torque is placed on the engine, continuity is interrupted. By now you probably can see where I'm going with this.
What kind of miles are on the odometer?
There is an ignition module and a computer . Which did you replace? Also
Has the exhaust system been checked for any restrictions, like plugged converter or collapsed internal piping.

there is 187xxx on the odo. Im not sure if is a misfire or not. It doesn't miss at idle or under load with the brake on. The engine mounts are pretty shot and only replaced the computer. Also not the steering.

We have to start someplace, so if the mounts are suspect of contributing to the problem What if you checked for all places where wiring either can contact parts or where wiring could be getting stretched?
Could you be feeling something like the converter engaging and disengaging ? Some vehicles had converter shudder problems.
How about you check the suggestions made up to this point?
