Default 92' ford f150 lift

i just got my 92' f150 last week. i want to get it lifted and i was thinking about a body lift but someone told me that since it was 2wd then it would screw up my front ball joints. i have never heard of this before. i was wondering if this is true; then will a suspension lift be better then a body lift? just need some advice/help on my truck.

I never heard of that, im trying to lift my 95 F150 with a body lift and suspension lift. I think both the sus. and the body are good lifts. Most people just dislike the body gaps.
