94 f-150 ac issue
Hello Everyone,
This issue has been going on for awhile now and can't figure out where to start with it. Issue is I start my truck and only at idle the ac will spew out. This isn't a leak, it only happens at idle speed. The refrigerant will blow out making a high pitch screech with it when at idle but when driving there is no issue at all. The first time this happened I replaced the condenser thinking it was clogged causing high pressure, this didn't solve the problem. From there I went and got a new accumulator and hoses, soon after the same thing was happening. Finally, I got a new compressor making it a whole new system within the past year. I make sure to vacuum it out each time for about an hour each time and make sure the gauges are matching with the ambient temperature. The refrigerant I use is R-134a from auto zone, the one without the stop leak in it. The system isn't overcharged either since this happens no matter how little is in it. Does anyone know where to start with this?
Thanks

I doubt that is an overcharge issue. It happened three times to the point where the ac was barley cold, barley and refrigerant left in the system, but after yesterday it sat in the sun for about an hour I got in started it and had ac on. While it was blowing a hair on the cool side it happened again releasing the rest of the refrigerant out of the system. I even had it once with only one 12oz can of 134a in it and the same thing happened. Maybe I should try to warranty the condenser?
