Default 94 f150 odd misfiring issues 4.9l inline 6

I have a 1994 f150 with the ford 300 4.9l inline 6, paired up with i believe a year off 5 speed manual. It runs and drives beautifully but I have (mostly random issues.)

Replaced
Tps, map, idle air, speed sensor(in diff), fuel filter, new plugs wires, distributor is fairly new cap and rotor like new.

The issues, misfires on start up after running, will start misfiring if it idles in traffic too long takes awhile to clean up but runs fine after awhile, on occasion it will misfire on highway(almost seems like wind off the big trucks effects it but hard to tell but it will act like it hits a speed limiter and I have to down shift and back up then seems to fix it. Also for some reason around 60-65 mph my ac blower stops and as soon as I slow down comes back on.

I love the truck great motor and tranny but this misfire is driving me nuts dropping gas tank and checking the sock(truck sat for 2 years he did run it every now and then) and basically all the parts I've replaced fixed one symptom of the issues it initially had. Any suggestions would be most welcome attempting the egr restrictor plate tactic and replacing wiring to the ignition coil and like I said dropping tank and seeing if it's gunked up otherwise no fuel pressure issues no leaks

The original ignition coils did have some internal problems. Don't like to replace parts on a whim, but it might be worth it in this case.

Default Check Vacuum Lines

Also for some reason around 60-65 mph my ac blower stops and as soon as I slow down comes back on.
I had an issue like this too. What was actually happening was the vacuum was failing causing the hvac selector switch to move from vent to defrost making me *think* the blower had stopped. The next time you think the blower stopped put your hand up by the windshield and see if it switched to defrost. If that's the case you may want to double check all your vacuum lines for signs of cracking/failure. Most auto parts store lend a vacuum tester.
