97 Ford F-150 4.6l misfire and engine coolant problem
I have a problem with my truck I keep having misfires in cylinder 2&4 and I dove change coils, plugs and wires. I'm thinking that because the boots keep coming off I'm thinking that's my misfire problem just don't know how to keep them in?
my next issue in the truck keeps I want to say dinking my coolant because I have to put 2 gallons in the tank to keep from over heating. I don't know why or where the water is going, o changed the coolant tank, and all hoses because they were leaking. There is no leaks now but the water is still going somewhere.... Need help with this, any ideas guys would be great.....!

If,,,,,,,,,,,,, you are getting coolant into those cyls, a close look at the spark plugs should show some abnormal signs like blistering on the inside ceramic area.
A cooling system pressure tester should help to locate any external leaks and save you some time. Sometimes a head or intake gasket will leak internally after cooldown.
2 Gallons is a lot of coolant and you don't say if it uses that much daily, weekly or whenever.
