Default Best battery's for cold weather in Alaska

So I have a 2012 f150 ecoboost and it seems the battery's that keep being recommended fail in cold weather-10 Fahrenheit and the truck has a hard time starting. Or not starting at all. Anyone have experience and a better recommendation?

Some questions come to mind.
Did you have the charging system checked for proper function?
Short trips may not allow the charging system to have enough time to fully charge the battery
If there are a lot of loads like heater .defroster , headlamps and whatever loads may be demanding more power than the system can deliver.

When the engine will not fire up and start running, just what does it do?
Are you installing the correct size battery that your vehicle requires?
!0 degrees F should not be any problem for a proper functioning vehicle.
What brands of battery have let you down?
Of course what kind of maintenance does your vehicle get?
When were the spark plugs last replaced ? Worn plugs can contribute to hard starting.
