Default Choosing wheel and tire size.

I have a 2016 f150 RWD. I am shopping for new wheels, tires, and a lift but keep hitting a brick wall. Does anyone know what the maximum wheel/tire size I could fit without rubbing would be? I want to get a 3"lift kit installed. Right now the truck has 18 inch factory rims with 275/65R18 tires. I would like to ideally go up to 20 inch rims to fit 295 wide, 35 inch tall tires, and a slight negative offset. Can anyone please advise me whether this would work and if not, how big I could go on tires and wheels with a 3 inch lift?

I would suggest 35-12.5/R20 with negative 18 offset
