Default clutch bleeding

I have a 95 Ford F150 5.0 302 with 5 speed manual transmission. The clutch slave cylinder failed so I replaced the master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch, pressure plate, and fly wheel. The clutch master cylinder I bought was suppose to have come bench bled already. I installed everything and attempted to bleed the clutch but the petal is still soft and there is a vibration at idle as if the clutch is not fully disengaging. Any suggestions would be helpful.

On a clutch hydraulic system you have to back bleed the clutch cylinder.

I made this mistake on a 98 explorer. That was a nightmare.
