Default Computer configuration for tuning 2000 f150 5.4 xlt

I have ran into the issue of having to tune my truck because of the aftermarket parts I have installed to have it run more efficient. My road block is that I have an 18yr old truck that not many shops have the capability of tuning a truck that old since they dont have the credentials for my old computer. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas for me to get what I need so that my truck is running very lean?

If you reside in an area where they have strict emission laws you could be asking for problems. Excessive lean = lean misfire= converter damage= $$$$.

I live in Texas and already experienced the $$$$ portion. I changed the coils, fuel injectors, changed to a cold air intake system, and headers, and new converters. The power isnt there and the converters sound like it has a cork in it. Shs at the 244k and now the AC doesnt want to kick in. The mechanic said that the engine will get worn out and using the AC will accelerate. Am I at that point to trade it in?

It might be a good idea to consider running a compression test and it should help answer your question.
