Courtesy lights stay on
My courtesy door lights in my 94 F150 stay on even whenever the truck is off and the door is shut, the only solution I’ve found is to pull the fuse in the interior fuse box that powers it, I’ve cleaned the door switches with no success

Do you have the door switch on passenger door as well? If you do have you tested that?

When the switch is connected to the connector you will see 3 wires: LB/Y = power feed, BK/LB = to courtesy lamp, R/PK = buzzer attached to the connector.
Before you remove the switch remember the switch orientation so you can identify which is which.
Let say terminal A is the power feed, B is courtesy lamp and C is buzzer.
B and C will have continuity at all time whether or not you press on the switch button by hand. This switch is a normally-closed switch, that means when you do nothing (don't press), a good switch will have continuity across all 3 terminals. When you press on it, a good switch will cut off continuity between A and B and between A and C. A bad switch of course is the opposite, A and B, A and C, have continuity whether or not you press on the button.

Pretty sure the courtesy can be turned on with the headlamp sw..
If you are sure the sw is in the interior lights off position, and you couldn't find any problem with door sw, you can usually reach under the dash at the headlamp sw and push the button on the headlamp sw and remove the **** , after which you can unscrew the bezel that holds the headlamp sw to the dash and pull the sw down where you can see it. then, unplug the plug from the headlamp sw and see if the courtesy lamps go out, If they do ,you know the sw is defective and needs to be replaced.
