Crank No Start (6 months now)
I have an issue with my 2015 F150 with a 5.0 Coyote. The short story is that there is no signal from the coils to trigger the plugs to fire. The mechanic I have it with has replaced the computer, (had the exact same issue with new computer). Load traced the lines, put new plugs and coils in. Before I took it to him, I replaced the Crankshaft sensor, the battery, and the starter. Before I replace the crankshaft sensor, I was getting two cranks from the starter and then everything would just die. After I replaced the crankshaft sensor it just cranks through the 10 and then dies. I get a signal to the Tachometer. I can hear the fuel pump run and know it has been tested good. Other thing that is odd is we get no codes. He is at a loss and has worked with the dealership as well as calling for help with Ford itself in Minnesota.
Another note I re-did three of the ground leads under the front passenger door, by pulling them off scrapping and brushing the frame to make sure there is good connection.
I would really appreciate some help and something to try as both the mechanic and me are just out of ideas.

This is what I would do..
Make sure power is available to the coils and injectors. This can be done easily with a simple test light. When the key is on, there should be power (12 volts) available to all the coils and injectors. If not, check the fuses. The PCM provides the ground for the injectors and coils to operate If the ground clamp of the test light is connected to the battery positive terminal and the pointed probe is connected to any coil ground or injector ground and the engine is cranked over, the test light should blink if a ground signal is being sent.. That should tell us, provided fuel pressure is correct ,the engine should start.
Depending on which is absent will tell us where to go next.
Just because the ground signal may not be getting sent will require some additional checking .
Again, depending on which one we are after will determine what path we pursue.
Want to give that a try?

Was your concern fixed? If not I would assume this TSB has been done. TSB 15-0137, its the BJB fuse relocation. I've seen crank no start multiple times, and one time the vehicle ran but the battery light was on. The VPWR to the injectors was 4-5 volts, should have been 12V.
Yea I saw it was an older post. Maybe someone else will come across it and it helps them. I have a quick question for you about the forum. When I quick replied did it just notify you or does everyone on the thread get a notification? I'm just wondering now if he got a notification for my response and any of our other replies.
Thanks
