Default Drive shaft issues.

I have a 95 ford f150 XLT. 4 door with a split drive shaft. I ham having an issue where the drive shaft is blowing straight through the carrier bearing. I just replaced this 2 days ago and 10 minutes down the road same thing happened. Clueless to what is causing the issue. Could use some help. Thank you.

Two things come to mind and they are motor mounts and slip yoke on the drive shaft.
Has this vehicle had any suspension work performed on it?

Yes about a year ago. New shocks coils lift blocks and add a leaf. I wrecked last Thursday in the snow and that's when everything started

Not being there to examine the entire driveline I can only suggest what you might look for. Also , which way is the ctr brg ( I hope we are talking about the same brg) being pushed? Usually a carrier brg is in the differential and ctr brg is in the driveline.
If the rear has shifted and the slightest load brings the body down, if the slip yoke can't move freely it may be pushing the driveline (or pulling it).
