Hello all,

I have a 2016 f150 and I have not had heat on the drivers side so I took a look down below and noticed that the driver side blender door was acting strange. It was obvious that someone had messed with it before(just bought it a month ago) as there was a screw missing and some tabs were broken off. Anyways, it was trying to move way past its limit.

Seeing that the part was only 25$ I bought a new one, plugged it in with the battery disconnected, installed it and then reconnected battery and started vehicle. Unfortunately, it is doing the same thing and it wants to turn several revolutions. This, as you know is problematic as the cam only allows movement for approximately 120 degrees?
Anyways, I thought it was a fluke, bought a new one, installed with battery disconnected again so it will recalibrate, but it still is going way past its limit and wants to rotate several revolutions.

Any ideas?
