Replacement of rear window on 2012 F150 with electric heating and electric window. The window replacement was subcontracted by a body shop. The third party glass replacement company had to be called back as window would not open. I was told the motor ran but would not open. It was reported to be off track but this was not witnessed. After truck warms up I am having outages in anything to do with heating and cooling panel, including fans and seats, no audio to sound system, no function of retractable running board, and no exterior temperature monitoring. I don't know what else goes out. Truck runs fine. Once the truck cools all these functions return, except I need to turn retractable running boards on via steering wheel control before they will function. (it gets switched off). The motor for rear window never goes out.

You seem to need a diagnostician that can read the Comms lines, with a scope.
