Having just seen this, I hope you've gotten your truck back. My wife worked at several dealerships over 20 plus years (mostly Ford), and we bought new vehicles from various ones. On a 2000 Ranger I bought, it got where it was running rough after 18K miles, and the service manager suggested I change brands of gas I used. It didn't help, and when they couldn't, or wouldn't, repair it, my wife called Ford in Dearborn, and my truck was repaired by the end of the week. Unfortunately, she no longer has those kind of connections due to retirement due to disability.

We have to give credit where credit is due.

Some guys learn this quickly, some a little slower and some never.

Don't underestimate the " Fighting spirit of a determined woman ! "

Do you think she would like to share her technique to get Ford to do that again? Thanks.
