F-150 Used Purchase

I am looking at buying a F-150 2016 from a Ford dealership, Would it be a good idea to get it inspected before purchasing, from another dealership?

No, take it to a trusted mechanic.Dealers sell vehicles, I don't believe you will get a non biased opinion from them.
