F150 Issues

I have a 07 f150 and low oil pressure and probably has caused my vct cam to make my check engine light come. If I replace vct cam would this fix my problem.

You should find and correct the cause for the low oil pressure first.

f150 issues

Should change the oil pump. then work my way to the solenoids then vct cam

A wise move would be to confirm the actual oil pressure with a mechanical gauge both cold and hot , unless you have already done that.
