four wheel drive doesnt work

Default four wheel drive doesnt work
i have a 2002 FX4 and the 4x4 light is on on the dash and its not in four wheel drive, nor will it go into four wheel drive or the low range. Anybody any advice.

4 wheel drive transfer case switching motor is broken. Fix it.
