Four wheel drive problem

Default Four wheel drive problem

I have a 2003 f150 supercrew 4x4.When in four wheel drive it makes a grinding noise on driver side.Only when you turn.Maybe CV JOINT? What might be the problem?

You might check the u-joint at that front wheel.

You might also check for a possible wheel bearing problem or more likely if its a ratcheting noise, a sticking hub.
