Front bumper rust spots

Just wondering if anyone had an easy fix or any ideas how to get rid of these small rust spots on the front bumper of my 2016 F-150?

Problem is once you get rid of the rust, you have a pock mark left which probably will be bare metal and it will rust again.

To do it right, sand, prime and repaint.
